1. The load cabinet is mainly designed for each different voltage and current load requirement proposed by the user, providing output wiring ports for convenient product connection, and displaying the connection status of each load with LED on the panel.
2. The load cabinet can be used for life testing of single coil monostable electromagnetic relays, double coil double pulse, and single coil double pulse magnetic retention relays.
3. The load cabinet is equipped with a built-in oscillator, which uses a single chip microcomputer as the main control. The working parameters are set in the Chinese menu, and the display is applied on a LCD screen. Parameter setting requirements: the maximum number of times can be set to 99999999, and the on and off time can be set within the range of 0.01s to 100h (160h is the best, with an accuracy of ≤ 2%).
4. Relay coil voltage: 0-60Vdc/15A/900W, at least 4 wire package interfaces are required. (Accuracy ≤ 2%, ripple amplitude ≤ 100mV (effective value)). When the working voltage is turned on and off, it is a vertical square wave (the rising edge is required to be ≤ 0.2ms, and the falling edge is required to be ≤ 0.2ms). Control with electronic switches.

7.1 Output load type: 50Vd. c., 0.25A/0.5A/1A/5A, 12 channel conversion (12 sets of contacts for each load, including 12 dynamic and 12 static contacts, totaling 24 load points). During the test, one load current can be selected for testing, or multiple load current combinations can be used for testing (such as stacking 1A, 5A, 0.5A, and each channel can output 50V/6.5A).
7.2 Test load conditions: The transfer contact of the tested relay must be connected to the positive pole of the load power supply, and each contact for dynamic and static closing must be connected to a separate load to the negative pole of the load power supply. The transfer terminal is the positive pole of the load power supply.
The accuracy of the load current at each point is required to reach ± 5%. It must comply with relevant standards, and the installation of load resistors must be conducive to heat dissipation. Resistors must not interfere with each other.
9. The load cabinet can monitor the relay contacts with lights, that is, each load channel corresponds to one monitoring light. Simultaneously equipped with suction and release status indicator lights. The output interface mode is terminal blocks, which can withstand the specified load current, including 12 dynamic closing terminal blocks, 12 static closing terminal blocks, and 12 conversion terminal blocks. Clear identification should be provided, and the terminal blocks should correspond to the corresponding indicator lights.
10. The operation panel of the equipment should be equipped with at least 8 shell grounding fuse holders and reserved with grounding terminal terminals.
11. Maximum cabinet volume: 2000 mm (H) × 1200 mm (W) × 900 mm (D), weight ≤ 500Kg, and the load cabinet is equipped with a solid and sturdy roller device, making it easy to move.
