Product Introduction

IMAX3000 series AC load boxes are mainly used for performance testing and aging of online high-power UPS (uninterruptible power supplies) and generator sets in power, telecommunications and other departments and manufacturers. It is an important testing and maintenance equipment for the actual load capacity of the equipment. Its application effectively avoids the economic losses of enterprises caused by the failure of backup units or power supply startup, and also provides a scientific basis for the detection of the load capacity of new units and the engineering acceptance of new batteries.

Control mode


1. Emergency stop start control: After pressing the emergency stop button, the device will automatically pull the load based on the current voltage;

2. Fan maintenance button: For daily maintenance, manually start the fan and observe if it is working properly;

3. Short circuit start at dry output point: Short circuit start signal at dry output point. The equipment will automatically load according to the current voltage, and can connect to normally open dry contact signals such as smoke alarm and over temperature alarm;

4. Communication control start stop: By writing a start stop signal through communication, the device will automatically load based on the current voltage, and can monitor the current voltage, current, load gear feedback, device status, and other information of the device;

5. Operation priority, emergency stop button operation>dry contact control>remote communication control.

Temperature alarm

The device has a level 2 temperature alarm, where only the buzzer sounds for the level 2 temperature alarm. The buzzer for the level 1 temperature alarm sounds and unloads the load, and outputs a dry node signal to the outside

Smoke temperature alarm

There is a smoke and temperature detector installed on the top of the cabinet, which can provide smoke alarm and output alarm dry node signals to the outside

Fan phase sequence protection
