Applicable products:
Used for aging testing of single-phase AC charging gun piles to ensure that product shipments meet requirements. Applicable to aging testing of electric vehicle AC charging gun/pile products in accordance with GB/T 18487.1-2015, IEC 62196-2-2016, SAE J1772-2017, and SAE J1772-2017;

Load voltage: single-phase AC 0-300V (external input, power supply provided by the user)
Load current: 1-40A continuously settable
1. Number of workstations: Each group has two floors, with 5 workstations per floor. There are a total of 2 sets of back-to-back workstations, totaling 20 workstations;
2. Load requirements: Each group is connected to a 0-40A intelligent electronic control load, using a feedback load;
3. Power socket: Each workstation is equipped with terminal blocks;
4. Each 10 workstations are equipped with 1 load, totaling 2 loads
5. Charging socket: Each workstation is equipped with a single AC charging national standard socket (optional according to American or European standards);
6. Simulated charging: Simulate the connection of the charging gun cluster to the entire charging process
7. Parameter setting: Industrial PC management system, load current, test time and other parameters are freely set in the computer;
8. Storage requirements: aging data automatically corresponds to each product barcode for storage and can generate electronic report printout;
9. Data upload: Docked with the MES system, data can be uploaded to our company's traceability system and can be accessed at any time;
10. Working power supply: AC220V/50Hz, aging power supply, AC380V/50Hz

Feed load:
The load adopts an energy feedback load, also known as an energy feedback electronic load. Compared with ordinary resistive loads, its working method is to use power electronic conversion technology to recycle and reuse the output energy of the tested power supply on the premise of completing the test power experiment, and feed back the electrical energy to the power grid without pollution. This not only saves energy but also does not generate a large amount of heat, avoiding the problem of environmental temperature rise in the test site.
Software parameters:
The system software has one click testing, and all test results can be recorded and queried. It has a QR code scanning function and can trace product test data. The operating platform is designed according to ergonomics, and the equipment can perform self inspection.
The operating software adopts a Chinese interface, which is simple and easy to learn;
