1. Provide output wiring ports for each different voltage and current load requirement to facilitate product connection, and use LED on the panel to display the connection status of each load.
2. It can be used for life testing of single coil monostable electromagnetic relays, double coil double pulse, and single coil double pulse magnetic retention relays.
3. Built in oscillator, using a single chip microcomputer as the main control, setting working parameters through Chinese menu, and displaying the application LCD screen. Parameter setting requirements: the maximum number of times can be set to 99999999, and the on and off time can be set within the range of 0.01s to 100h (160h is the best, with an accuracy of ≤ 2%).
4. Relay coil voltage: 0-60Vdc/10A/600W, at least 4 wire package interfaces are required. (Accuracy ≤ 2%, ripple amplitude ≤ 100mV (effective value)). When the working voltage is turned on and off, it is a vertical square wave (the rising edge is required to be ≤ 0.2ms, and the falling edge is required to be ≤ 0.2ms, which is controlled by an electronic switch.

During the test, one load current can be selected for testing, or multiple load current combinations can be selected for testing (such as adding 0.1A and 0.25A, each channel can output 28V/0.35A).
7.2 Test load conditions: The transfer contact of the tested relay must be connected to the positive pole of the load power supply, and each contact for dynamic and static closing must be connected to a separate load to the negative pole of the load power supply. The transfer terminal is the positive pole of the load power supply. When needed, the positive and negative poles of the load power supply can be manually reversed externally.
The accuracy of the load current at each point is required to reach ± 5%. It must comply with relevant standards, and the installation of load resistors must be conducive to heat dissipation. Resistors must not interfere with each other.
9. Relay contacts can be monitored with lights, that is, each load channel corresponds to one monitoring light. Simultaneously equipped with suction and release status indicator lights. The output interface mode is a wiring jack, which can withstand the specified load current, including 24 dynamic closing wiring jack, 24 static closing wiring jack, and 24 conversion wiring jack. Clear identification should be provided, and the wiring jack should correspond to the corresponding indicator light.
10. The operation panel of the equipment should be equipped with at least 8 shell grounding fuse holders and reserved with grounding terminal terminals.
11. The maximum external dimension of the equipment is 1650 mm (H) × 600 mm (W) × 600mm (D), weight ≤ 300Kg, load cabinet with sturdy and solid roller device, easy to move.
12. The input power supply is AC 220V ± 20% (50Hz).
13. The equipment uses electrostatic protective materials, which comply with Q/QJA 120 "Testing Requirements for Antistatic Systems of Electronic Products", and the absolute static voltage of the equipment is less than 200V.
